There can be many reasons why that can happen.
Rv awning slow to retract.
It remains crooked and wont go inside fully.
Low 12v power this could be caused by a bad battery or the 12v converter in your rv may have failed or be failing.
First reason could be the shifting of the fabric on either end.
If it needs replacing then get that done at the earliest.
